The Mershark ch6

During the wait LisaLisa introduces the other servants to Pucci. Everyone was friendly and shook his hand. "Do humans shake hands as a greeting?"

"Some do and some don't. It depends on which country you're at."

"I've been visiting a beach for years and I never learn of the nation it's apart of?"

"Amurrica."

"Amurrica?"

"That's the name of the nation we're in. It's has many towns in 48 states."

"Can I see a map of it?"

"Alright I'll have someone get it for us." She asks for one of the servants to grab a map. He brings it in and hand it over to her. She lays it out on the floor. Pucci crawls over and looks at it. LisaLisa points at where the house is on the map.

"This where we are at." She points at an area that's a mile away from the small town Bishop. "This town is called Bishop."

"Virginia?"

"That's the state where Bishop is along with the beach you and Junior were at yesterday."She points out the beach where Pucci and the the baby were at.

"Does the beach have a name?"

"No. The only beaches that have names are the ones the government owns. The beach that you and Junior were at isn't own by anyone. It's been abandoned for years." Pucci tried to find Dio home but he couldn't find it. LisaLisa points out the beach that near's Dio's home, which is at the state Florida. "That beach is called. Eureka. It's owned by the Brando and Joestar Family."

"The meals are ready." Peggy announces. During the meal Pucci watched everyone eat. They using dinning utensils knife, spoon, and a fork to feed themselves while using a plate and bowl to hold the food in place. The glasses are meant for liquids, such as wine or water.

This is the first time Pucci has seen the objects in person. Santana has told him about such utensils a few times but hasn't shown the items. "Do you know what the objects are?" Pucci points out the objects and names each one, describing each function of the object.

"Very good. Santana has told you a few things."

"He spoke of things go human society and the history."

"Have you held any of these objects before?"

"No."

"I'll show you." She grabs the spoon in front of Pucci, scooping up a small amount of soup that's in the bowl Pucci was given. She shows him how to hold the spoon. Pucci attempts to hold the spoon but keeps dropping it. LisaLisa had to feed him.

An hour later she began teaching him how to walk, telling him what the left and right leg/foot is. "Start off with either foot." She instructed. He starts off with the right foot, then the left. His legs were shaking.

When Pucci was ready, LisaLisa would  let go and tried to walk on his own. After thirty seconds he walked before falling on his bottom. He looked disappointed, LisaLisa noticed. "You'll get it. I know you will."

For fives months Pucci has spent his days learning how to use his new human legs and feet (examples walking, swimming, climbing and running), feed himself with dinning utensils (fork, spoon, knife, bowl, plate, and cup/glass), using the toilet, bathing himself, and dressing himself while Junior was being taken care of well by Peggy. Pucci has turned back into an adult he originally was before he meet LisaLisa. During that time He has missed his dear friend, Dio and Dio missed him dearly. They both still have the hope of one day being reunited.

"It's time we have a discussion about where Junior will go next and who he'll be with." LisaLisa held the baby until she gave him to Pucci.

"Yes."

"In two days I'll take you and Junior to New Jersey where Mikitaka lives. You're wondering why am I going with you. Two reasons. One: I'm one of the few people in the entire world who knows where Mikitaka lives. Second: In this nation those with tan or dark skin are enslaved. If you're seen alone you'll be captured and sold to a wealthy man. I don't want to imagine what would happen to Junior." A mythical creature found would either be killed or sold off as a slave in the black market.

On a stormy night before the day he leaves for his journey to take Junior to a fortuneteller, Mikitaka. The house was quiet with the exception of the loud boom sound coming from outside. The sound was new and frightening for Pucci. He was frightened enough to turn himself into a creature that's small as a christmas elf and the light gray ears, light gray tail, legs, and paws of a cat.

He hide himself under the bathroom sink. His body was shaking and he cried silently until LisaLisa found him. He didn't have to say anything  for her to figure out  that he's scared of thunder. She grabs him by the sides (like she did when Pucci had the body of a three year old) and holds him.

His kept his eyes closed and hung onto her until he places him on a giant pillow on the right side of the bed. LisaLisa lays on the left side of the bed, not shutting an eye. "I don't understand. Are you letting me stay  in here?"

"Only for tonight."

"Why?"

"It's better to be with someone than be alone at times like this." She stayed up with him until he fell asleep. He didn't turn back to normal until the next day in the afternoon. LisaLisa explained to him about the transformation that happened last night.
